Performance Appraisals should be undertaken annually at the very least - better still, every 6 months. Performance Appraisals should be tied to salary review periods. We can design an appraisal system which you can run yourself or we can be the intermediary and run the appraisal with your management and staff. Having a third party (ie Humanics) conducting the appraisal interview removes the risk of discrimination; or worse still, not addressing problem areas. A third party interviewer takes the pressure off your managers or supervisors (who work directly with staff day to day) and allows the Humanics consultant to assist in the identification and resolve of possible problem areas.

It is more expensive for employers to recruit new staff than to resolve the difficulties of existing staff.
